No, this is not possible directly. Google Play subscriptions are tied to a single Google account: only the device signed in with the Gmail account that purchased the subscription can access it.
Two solutions:
- To use NavimetriX Premium on several Android devices — sign all of them in with the same Gmail account (the one that purchased the subscription). You can then enjoy your subscription on as many Android devices as you wish.
- To use NavimetriX Premium on other platforms (iOS, macOS, Windows, or Linux) — create a NavimetriX account in the app after subscribing, then sign in to that same account on your other devices. The subscription will be recognized regardless of the platform.

Tip: if you also own an Apple device (iPhone, iPad, or Mac), you can purchase the subscription on that device and then create a NavimetriX account in the app. You can then sign in to that same NavimetriX account on all your Android devices, even if they use different Gmail accounts — the subscription will be recognized through your NavimetriX account, regardless of the device's Gmail.
